Chris DiBella is a New England native and proud member of Red Sox Nation, and although he currently resides on the opposite coast, his love for anything Boston sports-related is still strongly intact.
He is the author of the NESA Files adventure series, featuring Sean Mercer and his loveable sidekick, Pat Vigil, and he has authored books related to organizational leadership coaching and development.
While his primary passion is writing, he is also a leadership coach, project manager, and a driving force of process improvement looking to create organizational change from an influential and behavioral perspective. He has an MBA in Project Management, is pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, and he is the president and founder of the Institute of Leadership Coaching and Development. He believes in teaching aspiring leaders the value of influential leadership practices, while assessing their efficiencies using project management methodologies to help streamline processes and maximize their potential.
With his wife and children, Chris lives in San Diego, California, where you might catch him at some of the local author networking events or at area bookstores, handing out a free book or two from time to time. He can also be seen at local golf courses, pretending he knows how to golf, or taking a casual morning beach stroll as he plots out his next great book adventure.
